Spoke with David Draiman of Disturbed yesterday before their show in Wichita. The band has launched their biggest stage production to date and while they are still working out some little bugs here and there, it has been an awesome experience! Probably their best tour to date! Ninety-minute set, with lots of cool things and theatrics. David is especially impressed with the sets from Killswitch Engage. Lacuna Coil, the reunited Spineshank and Crooked X, commenting on the latter, "They are amazing and only 15 years old!" And don't forget, Disturbed has initiated their "Bootleg Series," where you can purchase the entire concert (each night is being recorded), along with photos and other cool stuff, for under $10! And on a sad note, I was sorry to hear David had to put his beloved dog, Lisa, to sleep. He's had a rough year on the personal front! Hang in there, Dave, we love ya!.....
