While most of us skimp during these foul fiscal times, nu-metal masters Disturbed are offering concertgoers maximum bang for buck at the fourth edition of "Music as a Weapon Tour," which comes to the Cumberland County Civic Center Saturday.
In addition to the Chicago quartet delivering their own sinister 90-minute set each night, there are performances by established alternative metal acts Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil and Chimaira, among others.
