I have updated the members status'. Limited Members is now the Default status. Meaning you CAN'T upload. And members can upload. And only Mods and Admin (me) Can edit categories. You can't get admin status cause there can only be one admin. You won't get mod status unless I know you and trust you. So dont ask for it.
