Disturbed bringing Music as a Weapon IV Tour to Glendale

Fresh from a headlining tour in support of platinum album Indestructible, Disturbed will bring the Music as a Weapon IV Tour to Glendale.

And this time, the band's added more weapons, expanding the scope of the day's events into what it calls a "complete lifestyle festival."

As David Draiman of Disturbed explains it, "We really wanted to make sure fans attending Music As a Weapon this year got the most bang for their buck. So we decided to bring in the tattoo artists, the extreme sports complex, the gaming, and the vendor village to go beyond the usual live music experience and give the concerts the feel of a true event. Our feeling in expanding the festival was to give people maximum entertainment value. If they are going to part with their hard-earned money, we need to honor that and give them our all in return."

As for the music, Disturbed, of course, will headline, with Killswitch Engage, Lacuna Coil, Chimaira and more acts to be announced.

The festival tour hits the Jobing.com Arena on Saturday, March 28. Tickets go on sale at 3 p.m., Feb. 6.
