Chicago rockers not distressed about first Grammy nomination
by David Burger
The Salt Lake Tribune

Disturbed, a hard-rock band from Chicago, has sold more than 10 million albums, and three of its albums have debuted at No. 1. But frontman David Draiman recently received an accolade that he wasn't embarrassed to be excited about: his band's first Grammy nomination, for Best Hard Rock Performance. "For 10 million albums sold, we're still an unknown band," he told The Tribune in an interview. "It's nice to get mainstream recognition on that level. That's what we strive for, our place." Draiman will definitely be attending the ceremony, though he doesn't know "who" he will be wearing. "I'm not a girl," he said. "Whatever I have. I'm not going to overthink it." Sorry I asked.
